Mark Cruse is the founder of Legacy Business Associates. He has a Master of Science Degree from Webster University and is a 24-year military retiree combat veteran. He’s an expert real estate professional with a proven track record in investing and mentoring others in the pursuit of acquiring financial freedom through investing.

He has over 15 years of professional experience in the real estate investment industry to provide him the tools for success. He has developed an expansive knowledge of the industry through a variety of ventures. He's acquired a substantial degree of specialized experience as a mentor, developer, landlord, and property / project manager. Cruse has spearheaded multiple large scale projects to include the renovation of distressed fix and flip properties and multi-unit condo conversions in Washington DC. He’s testified in Board of Zoning Adjustment hearings and Advisory Neighborhood Commissions in securing approval for multimillion dollar development projects. In addition, he’s negotiated major agreements including limited partnerships, budgets, financing, construction contracts and architectural agreements. Through a residential apartment renovation, he managed the customized design and installation of a commercial grade electrical distribution system.

In a quest for financial freedom and building a lasting legacy, Cruse has acquired a sizable portfolio of real estate asset classes encompassing various regions across West Virginia, Maryland and the Washington DC metropolitan area.
